Bay View has two bedrooms, bathroom with bath and shower over, fully equipped kitchen.
The lounge has views over Bridlington Bay. At the rear there is a conservatory leading onto a patio and lawned garden. This area is enclosed for children and two well behaved dogs.
Parking is provided in a private driveway.
The bedrooms in Bay View are one modern double four poster and in the other bedroom there are three single beds. There is an additional bed settee in the lounge for flexibility.

In the living room there are views over Bridlington Bay.
The lounge is well equipped with two settees and armchair and window seat. There is a TV, DVD, and VHS player. One of the settees is a bed settee for additional flexibility.
