Enjoy weeks or short breaks in our award winning Eco-building which is tucked away in the grounds of a former farmhouse overlooking the Pevensey Levels (SSSI). This purpose built fully centrally heated building sleeps four in two bedrooms each of which has its own en-suite shower room and TV/Video/DVD/Radio and CD Player. It is graded four stars by VisitBritain. The premises are well appointed with an open plan sitting/dining room/ kitchen which is fully equipped to a high standard with fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer/tumbler drier, microwave, gas hob and electric fan oven. We welcome children and can supply a cot, a baby bath, a high chair and a child�s bed as required.
Prices are fully inclusive of all electricity, gas, bed linen, towels and cleaning materials. There are absolutely no extra charges.
The south facing covered �loggia� and patio capture the morning sun and are a pleasant spot to eat out or just sit at any time of the day. We supply a gas barbecue for guests� sole use, and there is free Broadband access for those who bring their laptops. Just bring yourselves and enjoy a game of croquet on the lawn, or other family games such as giant versions of chess, dominoes, snakes and ladders, hi-tower and giant pick up sticks.
