This is a comfortable and well equipped property with three living rooms and four double bedrooms (three twin and one with a kingsize double bed). The bathroom has a corner bath and separate en-suite shower, and there is an additional cloakroom downstairs. Additional information about the kitchen and living areas can be found below.

Outside there is off road parking for three cars, and to the rear of the property there is an enclosed garden with patio area. A photo tour of our holiday let can be found on our Facebook page (linked from the front page of our website).

There is a useful Spar shop within easy walking distance which can supply milk bread and other sundry items, and there is a small shopping precinct in nearby Killay. The nearest Gower beach (Caswell) is about 15 minutes drive, or you can walk down through the Clyne woods at the bottom of the hill to the front at Swansea, and then on to Mumbles (about 45 mins walk).

The property has a well equipped kitchen with a dual fuel range cooker, a dishwasher, microwave and a fridge freezer. There is a breakfast table with seating for four. The washing machine and dryer can be found in the conservatory.
Living Room
Living area 1 - The largest living room in Gower Edge also contains the dining table for 8. There are double doors through to the TV room at the back and from here there are french doors into the conservatory. There is a bay window to the front and a settee and armchairs for a quiet chat after tea.

Living area 2 - The TV room at the back of the property has a 32" widescreen Tv with DVD player and Freeview box attached.

Living area 3 - There is a third downstairs living room which has a TV which can play DVDs and Videos (does not receive TV channels). The house has a good selection of books and videos and games, and as you can see, plenty of room to spread out and do your own thing.
Other Rooms
There is a conservatory to the rear of the property with soft seating for spring evenings, and table and chairs for four. This room also houses the washing machine and dryer.

The property also has a downstairs cloakroom with toilet, in addition to the family bathroom upstairs. The large family bathroom has a corner bath and separate shower cubicle.
