Parrot cottage is one of the original traditionally built stone properties of Amble. It lies in a peaceful area of Amble within easy strolling distance of the Little Shore, harbour, marina and restored pier.
Accommodation is over two floors with good access. Parrot Cottage comprises entrance hall kitchen, dining room and lounge on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower over bath.
Double glazing and thick stone walls make for a snug stay, whatever the weather.
The property is no-smoking. Well-behaved pets are welcome.
Outside is a enclosed, south-facing courtyard with seating and large picnic table. This is a real sun trap. There is full gas central heating with coal-effect gas fire in the lounge. All fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.
Lounge has colour LCD TV with video, DVD and free-view. There is a DAB radio and CD player. There is a wide range of books and local information.
Cot and high-chair available on request.
