The cottage, which is located in Wroxham known as the capital of the Norfolk Broads - benefits from an excellent position near the rivers edge offering great views of the famous Wroxham bridge to the front and views southward down the River Bure from the rear terrace.
The house consists of a modern refurbished kitchen and open plan lounge with French Doors opening onto a covered terrace where you can sit and watch the world go by. Upstairs there is the bright and modern main bedroom with views over the gardens and river. The cosy front twin bedroom has a great view of the low arched road bridge over the river where you can watch the many hire boats squeeze through. The recently refurbished bathroom has a modern suite including bath with electric shower over.
You can relax on site, stroll the 500 yards or so to the centre of the village, or for those more adventurous, this comfortable modern base offers the freedom to explore the enchanting broads by foot, by bike, by car or even by boat. Fishing is also a favourite pastime with the residents of the site having exclusive fishing rights from the river banks or marina.
Getting to Wroxham is easy either by car or train. Car parking for one car is available on site and the local station (Hoveton & Wroxham (HXM)) is only a short walk away; regular trains link Wroxham with the city of Norwich.
