Wells is perfect for those seeking a traditional seaside holiday. With a large sandy beach, boating lake, miniature railway and crabbing on the quay, there is much to see and do. The more energetic can enjoy sailing, wind-surfing and walking along the coastal path. The town has excellent shopping, restaurants and pubs. Nearby are Holkham, Burnham Market, Stiffkey. The Georgian town of Holt is within easy reach.
The centrally heated accommodation sleeps up to eight. Outside there is a pretty south facing garden with garden furniture and barbecue for summer use. The secure covered entrance is ideal for storing bicycles. Parking for up to three cars is outside the property.
