This modern, 2nd floor flat is located in Atholl Crescent Lane which a quiet street a couple of minutes walk from the west end of Princes Street and an airport bus-stop.
The apartment has 1 double bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The property has been given a 4-star rating by VisitScotland (the Scottish Tourist Board).

Its city-centre position means it is ideally situated for exploring Edinburgh or perfect for working in the business district. It is only a few minutes walk from Princes Street and the Gardens, The International Conference Centre, Haymarket railway station, the Filmhouse cinema and two theatres. The nearest supermarket is on Shandwick Place which is just around the corner.
There is metered parking in surrounding streets (Atholl Crescent and Rutland Square) or a 24-hour car park just 5 minutes walk away.
