The apartments are set within their own grounds providing a peaceful and tranquil place to stay whilst visiting Torbay. A parking space is also provided with the property.
11 Meadfoot Grange is within a wing of three other apartments leading off the main villa. The apartment is placed on the first floor and is approached by way of one flight of stairs, the apartment is very light and airy and has a very high standard of furnishings.
The property is within a ten minute walk of Torquay harbour side with its cosmopolitan bars and restaurants and town centre which has a good choice of high street shops. In the opposite direction is Meadfoot beach a blue flag awarded beach, yet again within a ten minute walk.
Other tourist attractions that are close by are, Living Coast Centre, Kents Cavern, Babacombe model village, Bygones and Rainbow fun house.
Guests are able to take advantage of membership to the nearby Hesketh's health suite, for �25.00 for one weeks membership for up to 4 people. The facilities include a fully equiped state of art Gym. indoor swimming pool & Sauna.
