This newly converted detached 2 bedroom property sleeps 4 comfortably. It is split level with open plan living upstairs and is completely glass fronted to take benefit of the stunning uninterrupted views and opportunity to watch the wildlife. It is a haven of peace and quiet for people and wildlife alike and the grounds are home to buzzards, badgers, hares, deer and owls.
It is furnished to a high standard and has been converted sympathetically with oak or slate flooring throughout. It has all modern equipment including fridge, freezer, dishwasher, TV with DVD and video, stereo and a BBQ in its own patio. The bathroom has bath and over bath shower, heated towel rail and heated flooring.
There are many wonderful villages to explore close by and many good pubs to visit to try local the food. The Tarka Trail runs a short distance away. For the winelovers there are two vineyards within 20 minutes, for gardeners there is RHS Rosemoor, several National Trust properties and of course you are within 30 minutes of Dartmoor and an hour to Exmoor. Both north and south coasts are within 1 hour away and it will take you about the same time to get to the famous Eden Project.
The city of Exeter is 17 miles away with all an old cathedral city offers.
