The fishing lodge is a very well equipped and comfortable 2 bed, 3 star cottage. We were one of only 3 finalists in the Exmoor excellence award for 2007 with private drive for 2/3 cars, its own very private garden with BBQ.
All linen/towels and electricity free of charge. Welcome pack on arrival to get you started ,pine cot and all bedding available free of charge
Dogs are welcome at a supplement, but not on any furniture. We also have a large field to let your dogs run in the beautiful Devon country side with lovely views set in the exe valley, ideal for the coast.
We are 20 mins from Minehead or on the other coast we are 35 mins from Exmouth, 20 mins to Taunton and 30 mins from Exeter. Ideally located for the moors as we are 10mins from Exmoor and the lovely village of Dulverton with its quaint shops and wonderful restaurants.
Bampton is our nearest town only 2 miles away with everything you need. The quarrymans rest with lovely food and is a very family friendly pub, a butchers, bakers, post office and veg shop. Also near by is riding on Exmoor or try your hand at clay shooting or paint ball at the next farm to us.
We also offer carp and course fishing on site we have 3 fishing lakes one is a 3 acre specimen lake with carp from 15lb up to 28.6lb. We have kingfisher, a very good coarse lake at 1.5 acres, very heavily stocked with carp, tench, roach, perch and true crucians and the family/match lake is also stocked with the same as kingfisher.
