The lodge has "reverse living" accommodation with 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms on the ground floor with an ensuite bathroom and separate shower room and toilet. A glazed door from the main bedroom leads to the patio. Upstairs is a spacious living/dining area with separate fully fitted kitchen. A glazed door from the living room leads to a large timbered south facing sun-deck with outdoor furniture. Guests have the use of all the facilities on site including the Manor House bar and restaurant. There are many good pubs with restaurants in the area. The N. & S. coasts of Cornwall and Devon are approx. 15 miles with access to Fishing, Sailing, Surfing, Swimming and all the water sports. Golf is available at St. Mellion (4 miles), Trethorne at Launceston and Hurdwicke at Tavistock. The Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan are each about 30m and National Trust properties Cothele (1 mile), Buckland Abbey (home of Francis Drake - 4 miles), Lanhydrock (20 miles). There is a Donkey Sanctuary and children's play park within 5 minutes walk from the lodge and many other children's play attractions within easy reach.
