If you want to be surrounded by other holiday makers or stay in a busy town this really isn�t for you. But if you want peace and tranquillity surrounded by nature and listen to the sound of the river, birds and animals (we have a resident Heron and Kingfishers) within easy reach of a village and towns then this is definitely the place to be.
Well fitted out with everything (All you�ll need is food and drink) including bed linen, towels etc. The Brenig reservoir is less than 10 minutes drive as is the Town of Denbigh and Coastal resort of Abergele where you can park on the beach.
Beautifull Llanwrst is 20 minutes (market town) and Betws-y-coed just on from there, your really well into Snowdonia National Park now. All outdoor pursuits and sports are close to hand.
This is a really wonderful cottage to take a break in so much to do and see within a few minutes drive or walk even. Don�t take our word for it come and read our visitors book and see for yourself.

Fully fitted and equipped with everything including Microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, sandwich makers, mixers plus good quality pots, pans, chefs knives, glass cookwear etc. Oil fired central heating boiler keeps it nice and warm in the winter.
Living Room
Open fire, solid fuel, wood or coal adds a warming glow to this room while watching Sky TV or accessing the internet. The dinning table occupies a corner of this room next to the sun lounge with views out of 2 windows towards the river and woods.
A large settee and two armchairs to lounge in will help you relax especially in the evenings with the options of the lighting system. Both bedrooms and the bathroom are off of this room.
Other Rooms
The WC is in a separate room off of the bathroom so there is no need for leg crossing when someone is taking a bath or shower.
A sun lounge runs along the entire length of the living room making the house very cosy in the winter and somewhere to soak up the sun in summer. The Entrance porch leads into the drying room which houses the fridge and freezer. A patio and lawns surround the cottage.
