The cottage straddles Ballagan burn which flows down to meet the waters of Loch Lomond. The accommodation is all on one level. A well equipped kitchen with all the facilities, central heating throughout, a very comfortable sitting room with TV, DVD, video and CDplayer plus lots of local information with sega to keep kids amused. Picturesque view of the burn from window.
All beds are freshly made for your arrival and hand linen supplied. Both bedrooms are en-suite and fitted with mirror wardrobes, television, radio/alarm, electric blankets. Shaver points in both toilets. Double room is also a family room with double sofa bed which would accommodate one additional adult or two small children. Price all inclusive of electricity etc unless used excessively. Private parking. No pets. No smoking.
Nearby is bus and train services with a 40 minute drive to Glasgow and Stirling and beautiful drives up the A82 to Oban and Fort William, Fishing, golfing, cycling, hill walking all nearby.
