The cottage overlooks the village church in the very peaceful hamlet of Chediston which is 2 mile from the market town of Halesworth and 10 mile from Southwold on the heritage coast. Cycle route 1 and country walks literally on the doorstep and even trout fishing only 1 quarter mile away. RSPB Minsmere is only 15 minutes away along with Dunwich Heath which is an excellent conservation area along with its shady woods provides an ideal place for wildlife spotting.
The cottage has been renovated with all the essentials but still keeping the charm including exposed beams, open fire, lovely cosy sofas and a sun porch.
